This quaint park was dedicated to the City of Eugene in 1984 by the family of Charnel Mulligan, a Eugene pioneer. This park is lush with a large green grass commons area occupying most of the park. With a covered picnic shelter and a nearby market, it is a lovely location to enjoy a picnic.
